Following the completion of the planning and design phase, GS Renewable’s expert delivery team takes responsibility for the build and commissioning of the heat pump plant room, ensuring the system is installed exactly as designed and agreed with the client.

This stage focuses on quality execution, programme certainty, and performance readiness, ensuring the system is delivered in compliance with SEAI and equivalent grant scheme requirements, supporting successful grant approval and sign-off.
Building the System
Once design approval is confirmed, we move into construction with a clear, coordinated plan.

- Procures and installs equipment in line with the approved design
- Constructs the plant room to meet performance, safety, and maintenance requirements

- Validate performance readiness prior to handover
